According to the Bible, God does answer prayers. However, it is important to understand that God’s answers to prayer may not always be what we expect or what we want.
The Bible teaches that God is sovereign and is in control of all things. He knows what is best for us and he desires to work all things for our good and for his glory (Romans 8:28). As such, God’s answers to our prayers may not always be in the form of a direct “yes” or “no,” but may instead involve leading us in a different direction or using circumstances in our lives to shape us and grow us in ways that we may not fully understand.
That being said, the Bible also teaches that God is a loving and faithful God who hears and responds to the prayers of his people. He desires for us to bring our requests to him and to trust in his goodness and his plan for our lives.
In conclusion, God does answer prayers, but his answers may not always be what we expect or want. It is important for us to trust in God and to seek to align our prayers with his will.

Calvinism and Arminianism are two different theological systems that have developed within Christianity, and they have a number of differences.
Calvinism, named after the theologian John Calvin, is a system of belief that emphasizes the sovereignty of God and the idea of predestination. According to Calvinism, God has predetermined who will be saved and who will be damned, and this decision is made irrespective of human choice or action. Calvinists believe that human beings are completely unable to choose God on their own and that they are saved by God’s grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ.
Arminianism, named after the theologian Jacobus Arminius, is a system of belief that emphasizes the role of human free will in salvation. According to Arminianism, God has given human beings the ability to choose whether or not to follow Him, and it is up to the individual to make this choice. Arminians believe that God’s grace is available to all people, but it is up to the individual to accept it and respond to it through faith in Jesus Christ.
Other key differences between Calvinism and Arminianism include their beliefs about the nature of God, the extent of Christ’s atonement, and the role of the Holy Spirit in salvation. These differences have led to ongoing debates and discussions within Christianity, with some people aligning more closely with Calvinist beliefs and others aligning more closely with Arminian beliefs.

If God is real, then why is there so much suffering and hardship and persecution that we see going on around us?
The existence of suffering and hardship in the world is a complex and difficult question that has puzzled people for centuries. The Bible does not give a complete or straightforward answer to this question, but it does provide some insights that can help us to understand why suffering exists.
One reason that suffering exists is because of the presence of sin in the world. The Bible teaches that sin entered the world through the disobedience of Adam and Eve, and that it has had a profound impact on the world and on humanity (Romans 5:12). Sin has caused people to suffer, both physically and spiritually, and it has also caused division and conflict between people.
Another reason that suffering exists is because of the fallen nature of the world. The Bible teaches that the world is not as God intended it to be and that it is subject to corruption and decay (Romans 8:20-21). This means that people will experience suffering and hardship in various ways as a result of living in a fallen world.
It is important to remember, however, that God is sovereign and that he is in control of all things. The Bible teaches that God is loving and good, and that he is able to use even the difficult circumstances of our lives for his purposes and for our good (Romans 8:28). While we may not always understand why suffering occurs, we can trust in God’s goodness and his promise to one day restore all things (Acts 3:21).

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are special abilities or capacities that God gives to believers for the purpose of building up the body of Christ and advancing the kingdom of God. The Bible mentions several gifts of the Holy Spirit, including:
These gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to believers by the Holy Spirit, who distributes them according to his own will (1 Corinthians 12:11). They are given to believers for the purpose of building up the body of Christ and advancing the kingdom of God, and they are to be used in love and humility (1 Corinthians 12:31).

If God is so good and following Christ is so fantastic then why are Christians such a bunch of self righteous hypocrites?
It is true that all people, including Christians, are capable of being self-righteous and hypocritical at times. This is because all people are sinners and are prone to fail and fall short of God’s standards.
However, it is important to remember that being a Christian does not make a person perfect or immune to sin. In fact, the Bible teaches that all people are sinners and that we all fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). It is only through faith in Jesus and the work of the Holy Spirit that we can be forgiven of our sins and made right with God.
It is also important to remember that Christians are not perfect and that we are all on a journey of growth and spiritual development. We will all make mistakes and may sometimes fall short of the standards that God has set for us. However, as believers, we have the promise of God’s grace and forgiveness when we confess our sins and seek to turn away from them.
Ultimately, it is important for all believers, including Christians, to remember that we are all in need of God’s grace and forgiveness and to strive to follow Christ in humility and love.
