Well, I’m so excited about what you’re doing. You are one of the most popular Christian content producers in the whole world on YouTube, over 5 million subscribers, and you’re growing every day. And not only are you using YouTube to evangelize and to tell people about Jesus, but you’re also helping other people to learn how to use YouTube to evangelize. And so I’ve been part of your coaching group the last couple of months, and we’ve seen really amazing results on our channel. I’m really excited to tell you, Brian, just this weekend we went over 1 million views for the first time

Your channel. Wow. Praise God For me. That’s really amazing. And when I started in your program, I had maybe three to 4,000 subscribers, and

Just yesterday I looked over 35,000 subscribers now, and so it’s growing. He’s the Lord. Thank you Father. Thank Father. Just this last week, we’ve been growing by five, 10,000 subscribers every day. So I think I’m going to hit that a hundred thousand mark. I see on the shelf behind you, you got your a hundred thousand YouTube thing and you got your million, and so it’s just amazing what God’s doing through you. But let’s start by just talking a little bit about your testimony. Where did you come from and how did all this happen for you?
Brian Romero (02:59):
Yeah, wow. First and foremost, your results are incredible. I just thank our Heavenly Father every single day that he’s given us this amazing framework that helps people all around the world hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, because that’s what it’s all about, right? Us pressing record so that people around the world have the chance to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior because that’s ultimately what changed my life. My life changed when I had my first encounter with Jesus Christ. I grew up Christian my whole life. I am a Christian home. We sat around in the living room and my mom, she read the Bible to us. We went to Sunday school every Sunday. I’m the youngest of three boys from Los Angeles, California, and we dressed up every Sunday. We were dressed up nice to go to church. We were the only family out of our entire family who went to church.

So we got made fun of and we got called names. But I realize now that I went to church just off of duty or tradition, like, Hey, my mom said, go to church. We went to church because ultimately when I was able to make decisions for my own, I left the church. And so about in high school, I stopped going to church. I got into music and I was in the music industry. I was a record producer and a rapper signed to a very, very big label. And I was just in the kingdom of darkness at that time. No foundation, no scriptural foundation. And now I realize that I never had a relationship with Jesus. I went to church every single week. We read the Bible, but just out of duty. Never had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and being in the entertainment industry, I got caught up in drugs.

I got caught up in alcohol. I spent my whole twenties really addicted to drugs and addicted to alcohol. I had my first child at the age of 25, and then I had my second child at the age of 30 and really had no foundation, no scriptural foundation at all. I was plagued with alcoholism, plagued with drug addiction. And I got to the point years later when I was 36 years old, that I finally had an encounter with Jesus Christ. I went to rehab for five years in and out of rehab, inpatient, outpatient. I went to drug court. I checked myself into drug court to, I figured if I went with all the felons and stuff that I would be healed and cured. I went to see psychiatrists. I went to see therapists. I couldn’t get no help. I spent five years in and out of programs, couldn’t get any help.

It was just really, really bad. I ended up losing my family. I ended up losing my house, my car, my cars, everything that I had worked hard for. All the businesses that I own. I lost it all to drugs and alcohol. My girlfriend, who’s the mother of my wive’s, she moved to her parents. I was sleeping in my mom’s couch in her living room. And one night I just had a dream where Jesus said, Hey, Brian, follow me and I’ll wipe everything that’s plaguing you. And on February 1st, 2021, I accepted Jesus Christ into my life as my personal Lord and Savior. And the very next day, I couldn’t remember how alcohol tastes, couldn’t remember how I didn’t have any just remembrance or temptations or any urges to do illegal substances. Everything was completely gone, wiped away overnight like nothing ever happened. And my life changed from there.

Praise God.
Brian Romero (07:09):
I saw God start to restore my life. My family, a few months later, me and my wife, who was my girlfriend that left me at that time, we ended up getting married. It’s like if God just slapped his finger and everything changed. And that was the moment where I told myself, this is what I want to do. I want to preach Jesus. I want to tell everybody how this one man who knew everything about me saved my life. And I haven’t looked back ever since. I’ve been in full-time ministry ever since that day I sold my no. I gave away my businesses, I gave ’em away to friends. Some of those still exist now. I just gave away my whole life. I said, I want to do full-time ministry. I want to help people that are also plagued with drugs and alcohol. I want to help people that feel like they have no purpose in their life.

I want to help people that want to change their lives and start a new life in Christ. So that’s my passion. And the crazy part about all this, a year after I gave my life to Christ, I heard the Holy Spirit say, Hey, Brian, get on YouTube and share your story. Share your story with the world. And I did. And it’s funny because I got on YouTube the first three months, I only had 30 subscribers. Nobody was watching my videos except for my family members. And that’s when I met a YouTube coach who taught me everything about going viral and the rest is history. Now, I coach over a hundred students right now who are currently going viral on YouTube. YouTube has changed my life. By the grace of God, I have achieved over 5 million YouTube subscribers and under two years and now like you mentioned before, now I’m showing people how to do it.

It’s how to use YouTube to reach people around the entire world to reach a relationship with Jesus Christ, which I think is the most important thing, especially right now. I believe we’re in the last days. So I just believe right now, the only thing that can save us is a relationship with Jesus Christ. And that’s why I’m on YouTube. That’s why I teach people how to go viral on YouTube. The Bible says, freely we have received, freely we should give. So everything that God has gave me wisdom on, I just want to get it out. I want to get it out to people that want to see people be saved. I want to get it out to people that want to see Jesus content on the forefront of social media. I want to help people that just want to preach Jesus, to preach salvation, to preach restoration, reconciliation, everything that comes with the gospel of Jesus Christ. And by the grace of God, I’m here on your show just preaching about everything that God has done in my life. But it doesn’t stop there. Now, it’s time for us to go and help people so people can help other people and we can reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I love it. One of the things I really love about you, Brian, is your heart for an evangelism. You are very successful on YouTube, but you’re using it to reach people for Jesus. And so one of the strategies that you teach that I really love is using YouTube shorts as a way to build subscribers and to catch people’s attention. But then on every single YouTube short, you can tag a long form video. And so on your YouTube shorts, then you tag and you take people to a long form video where you explain how someone can give their life to Jesus. So accept Jesus now. And so you, you’re challenging people as they’re watching in this 60 seconds, you get a chance to grab their attention and say, Hey, if you want to meet Jesus, then watch this video. I tag down below. And in that long form video, then you’re taking the time to give people some scripture and help them to come to Jesus. Share some of the testimonies that you’ve heard from people that have just run across you on YouTube. And Jesus changed their life.
Brian Romero (11:31):
So just to add a little bit of context to that, so I have a framework directly from the Holy Spirit to put Jesus content in the forefront of social media. So social media has all kinds of content, but it’s fascinating to me how we can make a video about Jesus or the miracle power working of Jesus or testimonial videos and we can get them to the forefront. And I know people who are watching this broadcast right now is I know when you’ve scrolled, you’ve seen Jesus content amongst all the other content. And we use this thing called the Hook, hook call strategy, which is we hook people with, for instance, I’ll use a very simple one.

If you want to see a miracle of Jesus, watch this video right now. So people are like, oh, I want to see a miracle video of Jesus. They’ll stay now. We’ve hooked them, they’ll stay watching the video and in the middle, and we do the second hook, which is like, Hey, but that’s not even the crazy part. We just keep just showing the goodness of our father through a video and people are just being hooked to this video. But at the end, this is the kicker at the end, we do a call to action, right? It’s like, okay, we already got their attention. We’ve got their attention for about 45 seconds. So now they want to do something. So it’s something called the call to action to where we say, Hey, if you want to accept, you saw this testimony video. But now if you want to accept Jesus into your life today, subscribe to my channel right now and watch the video that I pinned below.

And the video that we pinned below is a salvation video. It’s an eight to 12 minute gospel presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ and how we’ve accepted Jesus Christ, the working power of Jesus Christ, and now how it could be made for anybody who’s watching. And the crazy part is my salvation video has over 600,000 views and over 15,000 confirmed salvations, people who have watched the whole video and has left a comment on our video that they’ve accepted Christ. So we have over 15,000 confirmed salvations from people all over the world, and the testimonies are mind blowing. So when

That’s absolutely amazing, grew up, I mean to right from your studio in front of a camera, you’re able to impact a huge multitude of people and you’re using this hook, hook call. And Jesus said that he’s going to make his disciples fishers of men, and it’s appropriate for fishers of men. To use a hook, you got to have a hook. If you’re going to be a fisherman and

Then you have the internet, it is a net that we can use to bring people to Jesus. And so in the past, you have these great evangelists like Billy Graham that would fill stadiums filled with people. But nowadays, especially here in America, sometimes it’s really hard to get people to come to a live event because if you have a group of teenagers, all the teenagers are just on their phone looking at videos. And so you have to go to where people are and you got to find a way to hook them. And so you’re hooking their attention and then bringing them in to hear more about Jesus. It’s so
Brian Romero (15:05):
Beautiful. And the amazing part is that on my YouTube channel, the Brian Romero podcast, I have over 260 million views, and it’s all for Jesus content. Every single piece of video is Jesus content to help people into a relationship with Christ. And that’s just mind boggling to think of. 260 million people have heard the gospel of Jesus Christ because we’re uploading content of the gospel, which is just incredible because, and you asked me to share some testimonies from these videos, and I want share one that changed the way I viewed church in 2025. So we’re used to, or I’m used to the Western church and how it looks, we think about the church in our local neighborhood and we drive to it every Sunday We go. Every Sunday. I was doing a live stream, a prayer live stream one day when I received a comment from a 12-year-old girl in Saudi Arabia, and she said, Hey, Brian, I want to thank you because you’re the only way that I can hear the gospel in my country.
(16:26):
Jesus is illegal here, but now I can hear the Bible because of your content. When I received that message, it completely changed my life. I said, wow, this is bigger than we could ever think or imagine. For instance, I have 5 million YouTube subscribers, but I have over 260 million views on just YouTube alone. So think about all the stories that we don’t know about. I think about people in rural areas in the world and third world countries who all they have is a device, and this is the only way that they can get access to the gospel. So ever since then, it’s put a pressing on my heart to get out there, not only to create content, but to raise up other Christian content creators to go out there and reach people who don’t have access to the gospel or to reach people that are just lost in this world, that are looking for a purpose, that are looking for something great.
(17:28):
They know there’s something greater out there for them. They just haven’t found them yet. And I’ve had the honor to coach over 400 Christian content creators that are going viral, that are reaching millions and millions of views. These results are just me. Now imagine edit, just like you shared your results. Now imagine all these other Christian content created. I believe we are going to reach every single person on this planet that we can physically can’t because of the strategy that is straight from our Heavenly Father. So when you receive comments like that, it changes. You We’re just used to our western kind of church and how we perceive the church, but when you get a message from somebody says, Hey, you’re the only way that I can listen to the gospel in my country, that’ll change you forever.
Evangelism Coach Daniel King (18:19):
Yeah. One of the things I love about you, Brian, is that you are taking these concepts that have worked for you. You’ve tried them, you’ve proven them, ideas that are proven to go viral, and you’re not hoarding them or keeping them for yourself. You are sharing them with a whole community of Christian content providers. And this is something that anyone can do. You don’t have to be special. You don’t have to have a technical background necessarily. You don’t have to be a super cute influencer. These principles work for pastors. They work for people that just have a heart to share the gospel mothers correct. Anyone can use this. And you make it so simple by sharing these simple ways that people can first build their audience and then start to share the gospel. And so tell us a little bit about your community and how people can avail themselves of your
Brian Romero (19:23):
Coaching. So I just have a heart to serve. I was in the kingdom of darkness. I was in the entertainment industry, very, very dark there, and I did everything that the Kingdom of Darkness told me to do. I said to believe in myself, to only look out for myself to be self-serving, to take care of my needs. So when I did everything that the Kingdom of Darkness told me to do, and it pulled a rug under me and it almost killed me, I realized if I do everything that the kingdom of God says to do the opposite, to help others, to put other people’s needs before myself, if I do everything that the kingdom of God says to do, then instead of losing it all, I can gain it all right? So I went in with that mentality was, okay, I just want to help people. And what is it good?
(20:19):
What good does it do if God has revealed all this to me? And I just keep it for myself? So it’s like, let me help others. And I know with Scriptural, but I know there are just great heavenly spiritually, physically rewards for giving back and for teaching other people what I’ve been blessed with and how it’s changed my life. So that’s just my heart. My heart is to serve. When I gave away my business, I went to my church and I just said, Hey, how can I help? I was a volunteer staff for a year and a half every single day, 40 hours a week, just helping out. And then that’s when they hired me as the youth pastor here at our church. And that’s when I realized I need to give. I need give everything that God has given me. I just need a release.
(21:08):
I can’t hold onto anything. What good is it if I just hoard all this stuff that our Heavenly Father has given me? And that’s when I created the Kingdom Academy. I said, I’m just going to give it all anything that I know. I’m going to give it all the scripts, everything. And I believe I live a truly blessed life because of having that hard posture of just wanting to serve, wanting to help others, not keeping anything for myself, and making sure that the gospel is pushed forward. And that’s what the Kingdom Creator Academy is all about. Like, hey, it’s a community of Christian content creators who first want to see the gospel of Jesus Christ in the forefront of social media, but then second, who also want to see others being raised up so they can go out into the digital mission field and reach law souls for Jesus Christ.

And that’s what the Kingdom Creator Academy is. I want to help people. To me, I would love for others to create their own coaching programs to help other Christian content creators, or even if it’s Christian entrepreneurs, Christian business coaches, whatever it is, to raise them up to go out into the internet and to put the gospel of Jesus Christ out into the forefront. That’s my heart, and that’s why I’ve created the Kingdom Academy, is to duplicate myself, but in all areas, not just in content in all areas, to raise up other content creators to raise up other groups. Academy, I apologize. There should be hundreds of that because ultimately it’s for the kingdom and it’s going to lead people to Christ.
Evangelism Coach Daniel King (22:52):

Brian Romero (24:02):
Correct. Yeah. And what’s the best part about all of this is that any, there’s only one prerequisite. There’s only one prerequisite to join the Keenan Creator Academy. And you might think like, well, I’m not too savvy with the technical stuff, or I don’t have a camera or No, all you literally need is just a heart for people, a heart for the kingdom and your cell phone and you’re good to go. And then from there on, I have this thing called 1% better every day. From there on, you can get 1% better every day with your content. You can get 1% better every day with your equipment. You can get 1% better every day with being on camera and your voice, tonality, if you have a heart for people, for people to receive the love of God, the same love that you’ve received. That’s all you need. And I’ve made it super, super affordable. This program is very, very expensive, but I made it affordable for anyone to be able to join, to join or opt out at any time because my heart is just to get gospel content out into the forefront of social media. I would love that. Every time you’re scrolling, you’re just seeing Christian content creators out there preaching the gospel and getting people to a relationship with Christ.

And you’re right, it is very affordable. I’ve seen other people that are charging thousands of dollars for what you make available for a very low monthly charge. People can jump in and if it’s not for them, they can jump back out again. But if they find that it’s useful to helping them go viral on YouTube, they can stay in the community. And something about having that community is really valuable because you can listen to the stories of others, see how other people are going viral, hear what is really working right now. And I think together we can achieve more than if we are separate.
Brian Romero (26:11):
Right. And nobody should have to do this alone. If you’re a content creator right now and you feel like I just don’t know what to do, you feel like you’re by yourself, you shouldn’t have to do it alone. That’s why community is so important to be in community with other Christian content creators who can help you, who want to see you succeed, who want to see your testimony, be out there and help people get to Christ. No, just like we come in community every Sunday at church, Christian content creators should in community, be in community. There’s a lot of spiritual warfare. As soon as you press record and you upload onto YouTube, there’s going to be major, major spiritual warfare. But what better to be in community with other people who are currently where you want to be, or they’re currently having a lot of success on their channel and we’re just helping others. It is just a community of people wanting to see others succeed because like I mentioned before, it’s all for the kingdom of God. It’s for Christ to be glorified. A lot of people say, Hey, Brian, why should people join your academy? And it’s like to put Jesus at the forefront of social media. That’s it. We are redeeming the internet. We are redeeming social media. People say, oh, I have to fast. Social media or social media is so toxic. That’s why we’re coming in here to change that perception of social media.
Evangelism Coach Daniel King (27:43):
Yeah. One of the things that made me excited about using social media to reach people is a few years ago, I started watching some atheists on YouTube, and they had hundreds of thousands of views on some of their atheist content. I was like, Jesus needs to be represented here on YouTube as much as the people who say there is no God. And really, I think that now there’s a trend that Jesus is coming back. Even in my comments, I’ve been using the last couple of weeks, some of the Jesus illusion video. So it’s like this picture of a normal nature scene, but then if you squint your eyes, you can see Jesus. And so many people are seeing it and they’re like, oh, I love Jesus. Jesus is so awesome. In the comments, there is excitement on the internet for Jesus. And I think that is so beautiful that Jesus can be lifted up even in the midst of all the secular content that’s out there.
Brian Romero (28:45):
Correct. And what’s making it easier for us? We’re seeing right now, we have a student 24 days, 24 days that he’s been doing content creation, has over 25,000 YouTube subscribers. And I realized that what’s making this easy for us is that as the world gets darker and darker believers and Christian content and Jesus, it is just shining brighter and brighter and brighter. So I know as we’re approaching the final days or we’re in the final days, but we’re approaching Jesus, returning the darker and darker, this world gets the brighter and brighter Christian content. It’s just going to be on the internet, it’s going to shine, and it’s going to bring hope to millions of people, billions of people across the world.
